We completed the interior renovation of the restrooms in the admin block at Zydus Cadila, Kundaim Industrial Estate. Covering 520 sq.ft, the project delivered an elevated and luxurious upgrade, including VIP restrooms and improved washroom facilities. The existing layout was expertly reconfigured to meet the client's specific requirements, resulting in a sophisticated and comfortable space. This renovation reflects the prestige of Zydus, combining functionality with elegance to create an elevated restroom environment.

As architects, our mission was to overcome significant challenges posed by tight and compact space constraints, alongside intricate service line integrations within a shared duct. We meticulously reworked the entire layout to align with the client's exacting requirements, navigating a stringent timeline imposed by authorities. Phased execution was imperative due to spatial limitations. Despite these hurdles, we ensured a successful delivery that met all client specifications. Our approach combined innovative design solutions with rigorous project management, resulting in an end product that fulfilled the client's vision and operational needs seamlessly.
