Rainforest Enclave

This interior renovation project involved upgrading an 880 sq.ft apartment in Arpora, Bardez, Goa, owned by Sandesh. The apartment was and continues to be used as a rental property, primarily for Airbnb. However, it was not attracting the desired clientele, prompting the need for a complete interior refresh. The objective was to redesign and execute the interiors to give the apartment a new, inviting identity that appeals to modern travelers. The design focused on comfort, functionality, and visual appeal, creating a warm and memorable stay experience. Through thoughtful planning and execution, the apartment was transformed into a space where travelers visiting Goa would genuinely enjoy staying.

Our mission

As architects, our mission was to navigate multiple on-site and logistical challenges while delivering a meaningful upgrade within strict constraints. The narrow access road to the site created consistent transportation difficulties for materials and execution teams. Additionally, as most apartments in the building were occupied by short-term rental guests, working within limited time windows required careful planning and coordination. With a very tight budget, we focused on exploring practical, cost-effective solutions without compromising on design intent or quality. Through strategic material selection, phased execution, and efficient site management, we ensured the project was completed smoothly and met the client’s expectations.
